Animated Series - Season 2
#MetKids Microscope is a 6-episode series about the science behind the art (and the art behind the science!) at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
In Season 2, we dive into the work of the museum's conservation + research team while spotlighting gems from the Met's impressive collection, to discover if bookworms are real, to learn tempera paint is made, to listen to vessels sing, and more! Each Microscope episode is paired with a stop motion video to guide young audiences through art-inspired experiments at home.
